We bought our house a few years ago, and we had some specific needs for an in-law apartment and sufficient land for gardening but our budget at the time was a bit tight. David worked with us for weeks and actively monitored for houses that met our requirements and brought us out to quite a few properties before we found a perfect fit. He was extremely helpful during home viewings and inspections, he used to work some construction and has fantastic knowledge about red flags and things to look for "under the hood". We turned to David Restic to list our home after a 6-month unsuccessful attempt to sell with a previous broker during the peak home-buying season and a one-month attempt to sell it ourselves.

David has been a part of my house-hunting process since the beginning.
